Landscape-Earth
As part of the series “Landscape-Water,” “Landscape-Wood,” and “Landscape-Sea,” already presented in our venues, this exhibition continues to focus on what connects us to our most tangible environment. Once again, it will explore our relationship with nature, or more precisely, what lies between the poles of Nature and Culture.
Through their existential experience, Anne Jones, Mouna Ikhlassy, Alice Loubat, Nicolas Magne Lefebvre, and Marie Schuiten seek to show that the earth, our sensory environment, is alive. The landscape is therefore an environment animated by human-nature interactions, or by human interaction with the environment in the sense of dialogue rather than domination. The landscape reveals our relationship with nature in the sense, for some, of a body-territory.
