Invited for the first time to present their research and ingenious interpretations of the transfer of certain natural configurations to types of cultural organisation, they take us on a journey of metamorphoses with many ramifications.
Atinka di Muro and OTAK’s graphic studies are always in black ink on paper. They propose an initial “mother” structure that frees up several possible devices or transformations. In this way, we witness the emergence of different languages and modes of expression of a nomenclature. Some of these unfold under the microscope, revealing tiny arrangements and ramifications that give us a glimpse of gigantic new branchings. Here we are confronted with an uncovering of the passage from the one to the many, from the unconscious to the conscious, from the empty to the full, and so on…
