Geneviève Dumont
Since 1984, Geneviève Dumont has been taking painting and drawing courses and following several art workshops. In 2007, she combined her drawing practice with her professional background as an early childhood professional and therapist as she opened her own art atelier in 2006. In 2013 and 2014, Geneviève had her first solo exhibitions and in 2017 she learnt metal engraving with Océane Vallot at the Centre de la Gravure in La Louvière. That experience marked a turning point in her artistic practice: she started cautiously studying mosses. In parallel, Geneviève is : a psychometrician, an art workshop leader specialized in early childhood and an instructor. She has been organizing several workshops and intervened in many conferences.
